Is Eligible

You must be a TRU member to be able to file a dispute through the Dispute Resolution System (DRS) system. Once registered, you will gain access to the DRS chatbot and be eligible for filing your disputes to the DRS Team.

With Dispute Resolution System, you enjoy systematic, swift, and effective resolution for disputes related to brokers or service providers. File your case and our dedicated team will work with you to resolve it.

How
It Works

Once you have an open ticket, the DRS team will keep you updated on the status of your dispute. You will be notified of any developments and provided with a detailed resolution timeline.

Description:

***** gave me the wrong market price of Apple and I lost $13,000 because of *****’s misqoute. Earlier today (5 PM), I was closely monitoring the market and I noticed the unusual drop of Apple's price. Immediately, I decided to go short to avoid losing profits. But then, I crossed check the news and saw that the Apple's stock continue to rise until now! ***** made me lose my potential profit because I would never sell my position if the market is in my favor. I think I lost almost $13,000 of potential profit bacuase of it.

Description:

I was trying to deposit 5 grand into my trading account through the *****'s client portal (Monday, January 03). However, my deposit didn't reflect in my account for some reason. The account manager told me that my deposit should be credited to my account last Wednesday (January 05), but upon checking, my money was not yet in there. I requested a refund amounting to $5,000 on that exact date but they haven't got back to me until now.

I've been victim of their platforms late execution more than twice and I think I've more than $12,000 because of *****‘s false marketing! I tried my luck with their dispute team, but they denied my claim request.

Description:

***** doesn't credit my all trading rebate into my balance. I worked on my notional volume trade and reached 400 milion. My rebate tier is at level 5 and I'm expecting to get a $10,000 rebate. However, they only credited $9,000 into my balance. I contacted my account manager, and they advised me the notional value doesn't meet 10 grand rabate. I calculated all my trades and it showed that I've reached the notional value of 400 million, which makes me a tier 5 and eligiblle to receive $25 per million traded.
